Haitian Affairs Chairman Frantz FanFan is holding a
series of meetings to address the increase in arrests and
incarceration of Haitian teens in Orange County, Florida
ORLANDO, FLA. - Members of the Haitian Affairs Council are holding a series of meetings
to address the increase in arrests and incarceration of Haitian teens in the Orange
County area. Council Members will reach out to area law enforcement officials, school
educators, the state attorney, the public defender, judges, jail officials, religious leaders
and other community organizations to attack this crisis, said HAC Chairman FanFan.
